The conceptual planning of our Wellness Center
is among the most critical phase of the project. In designing the Wellness
Center for a setting such as the retirement community, the focus in on the
central theme or story which is intended to entice the customer or consumer
while producing lasting memories that deliver a community’s Life Style Promise.
A well defined concept allows the developer to maintain a concentrated effort
on meeting the needs of the target market instead of making the common mistake
of trying to be something for everyone.
NAWC LOCATION
Project drivers of the NAWC development are the key distinguishing
features of the project that contribute significant value to the project as
well as to the City of Murrieta. Each of these features are distinctive business
components which deliver added value to the newly revised zoning change in the
area of the project location. These features are intended to add value to the newly
burgeoning Bio Medical Hub developing in the area of the Golden Triangle of the
region. These features are described in the following sections Today’s health
care facilities include a variety of spaces involving the patient experience.
The new senior living residential design must address the issue of how space
can best meet objectives and provide residents with the highest standards of service,
comfort, and community. Functionality is the primary priority of the site
development but the objectives include placemaking (using built forms to
support the activities of daily life), creating connection with development’s
offerings, and increasing the health, well-being, and enjoyment of residents,
visitors and neighboring community members. With the services and amenities
planned for the development, the NAWC will become a destination hub, balancing
human needs, finances and community responsibility.

HEALTH AND SCIENCES CENTER
The NAWC has three main offerings: 1.Centers of Excellence Offering care in post-stroke Management, Diabetes care, Obesity and General Wellness with focus on special niche areas such as wound healing. 2.Rehabilitation Center Offering nursing home care. 3. Nurture Center Offering Wellness Concierge. The NAWC Health Services will also bring in local collaborations and supplement hospitals and local medical infrastructure that is in need of post hospitalization care. The area is designated as medically underserved and with a primary care shortage. These services are intended to support existing health care infrastructure by providing a continuum of care and a gap filler – where the Health Sciences Center shall step in to take care of the post hospitalized patients.

Our Wellness center is focused on the site location, the rich agricultural history of the region and will offer both two themes based spas, one tying to the rich wine history and location and the other on the Yoga based theme. The spas feature two separate theme, one based on the wine territory and the other based on mind body and soul or the Yoga concept providing a true spiritual oasis.
