The new healthcare legislation and the state of current demographics with retiring baby boomers desiring the best alternatives for their health care is having significant implications on the healthcare industry. This is reflected in the number of mergers and acquisitions and home health care industry. Evolution of this industry has faced the following challenges:


• Seniors were forced to migrate to various care providing centers during changes in their life phases and illnesses

• Development of Continued Care Retirement Communities [CCRC] a forum where seniors could live in one place and yet access various health care options during the entire aging process

• High entrance fee basis CCRC unsuccessful in delivering promised servoice nd care triggering the state regulation of these products CCRC] Thus if there are affordable options which provide a LifeStyle based iving, the likelihood of aging seniors coming to such forums remainshigh. With this in mind, NAWC has designed a product that willprovide all the benefits of a CCRC without high entrance fees and the risks typically associated with such a product.

NAWC will include restaurants, wine pairing events, cafe life, tea rooms, live food shows and dining experiences unmatched in traditional restaurant settings.

Tying into the site location and the rich agricultural history of the region, the wellness amenities will offer two themed based spas, one tying to the rich wine history and location and the other on a Yoga based theme.  Amenities will also include fitness programs and a yoga center.
